Free hearing postponed

The international crime Tribunal on Tuesday postponed until September 4 the first hearing, in which the setting of fees.

The Court is hearing in the design of the charges against the imprisoned Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Nayeb-e-Amir Delwar Hossain Sayedee after hearing an application moved from defence Tajul Islam, to advise the time for the hearing.

The Tribunal, better known as the war crimes Tribunal, which in 1971 began the process of war crimes on Tuesday for free consultation.

Sayedee is the first person to face charges of war crimes during the war of independence in 1971.

The Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mojaheed apart from Sayedee, the Jamaat Amir Matiur Rahman Nizami, Secretary General and Assistant Secretaries General Mohammad Kamaruzzaman and Abdul cuboid Molla, and the Bangladesh nationalist party standing Member Salauddin cuboid Chowdhury, also a legislator, were arrested at the expense of the Commission of war crimes, along with others.

On 12 July, the Court ordered the prosecution to present the report of the investigation against the four detained leaders of Jamaat - Nizami, Mojaheed, Kamaruzzaman, and cuboid Mollah - from 1 August.

Against the Tribunal, but on 31 March bail granted former BNP lawmakers and Abdul Alim under certain conditions.
